Boca End of Summer Festival Vendor Application

Event Dates Sept. 23 & 24, 2023

Requirements:
If accepted, with completed agreement you will need to provide:
State of Florida license or OCC License,
COI including General Liability and Auto
Food Handler Certificate
Sales Tax Certificate and FIN Number

Inspection and licensing by the Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants on day one of the event. There is a $91.00 fee for this licensing if you do not already hold a permanent foodservice license.
Rent will be determined by size of location, payable by Friday, Sept. 22, 2023
Limited electric is available at a charge of $50 cash, payable before opening.
Vendor must provide tent, tables and all equipment needed and provide a clean, attractive presentation. Workers should wear matching or coordinating uniforms.

Food vendor space is limited. Every effort is made to separate similar menu items.
Submission of this application does not guarantee a space in the festival.
